The Smile More Club (SMC) is an annual discount membership club for individuals and families that allows SMC members to receive preventive care and necessary treatments at significantly reduced prices. It is better than dental insurance because there are no deductibles, no waiting periods and no yearly maximums!

2 Professional cleanings per year (Excludes Scaling and Root Planing/Deep Cleaning)
1 set of routine x-rays per year
2 Dental Exams per year
15% Discount off other procedures completed at our office
$425 per year
All SMC annual fees are due and payable at time of registration. Plan duration is for one year from registration date. All patient portions for procedures are due at time services are rendered. SMC cannot be used in conjunction with third party lenders (ie. Care Credit).
